The mother and father of this litter have been genetically tested through Wisdom Health Panel and cleared from any defects associated with this breed along with all genetic defect that could be life threatening. I expect the puppies from this litter to be as healthy as their parents.
Weight Policy: I will give an estimated weight of your new puppy depending on which litter you choose from. The estimated weight is not a guarantee, weight is subject to new owners feeding, exercise program and genetics from both parents.
Return by Client Policy: By receiving a puppy from me, you promise to return him/her to me in the event you are no longer able to keep them, Or we will work together to find them a home. You understand it’s your financial responsibility in returning him/her to me. You also understand you may be responsible for additional fees involved if your pet is not UTD on vaccinations, is in poor health, is not trained properly, or has not been spayed or neutered. No refund is given.
Spay/Neuter Policy: By receiving a puppy from me you promise to have your pet spay around 9 to 12 months of age or neutered around 15 to 18 months of age. (If your veterinarian disagrees with my time frame, this can be excused with a written letter from your veterinarian)
BREEDING policy: NO BREEDING in any form, accidental, natural or artificial insemination, if this does occur you are liable to me in the sum of $15,000.00 per litter***
Vet Visit Policy: There is a 72 hour time frame after receiving the puppy in which you are required to have your veterinarian examine your puppy, this will ensure your puppy’s health. Note: If you are picking up on a weekend, please schedule the appointment BEFORE you pick up your puppy so your puppy will be seen within the 72 hour agreement. Heath guarantee is void if this requirement is not documented by your veterinarian. (Holiday weekends extended by 24 hours)
Refund Policy: If the puppy you received from me passes away from a virus in the first 6 days you receive your puppy, a full refund of your purchase price will be given. This refund is only valid with written proof of a necropsy diagnosis from your State Health Dept Veterinarian saying this illness was the direct responsibility of the breeder .
Genetic Defects Policy: Your puppy comes with a guarantee on genetic defects. If your pet has any unforeseen genetic health problems diagnosed by a Veterinarian, I will refund 1/4 of the purchase price. Written proof is required of diagnostics and diagnosis from your State Health Dept. Veterinarian. Determination of defects are also subject to the insight of the breeders veterinarian. Hip/elbow dysplasia is void from this guarantee.
Communication Policy: When receiving a puppy from me you promise to keep me informed of your address, phone number and photos periodically for the life of the puppy. I don’t ask this to be nosey, I want to be responsible for every life I bring into this world.
I want to make this the best experience possible for you and your family. I want my puppy to be your family member and not just a DOG.
